8 weel old and swimming

Today my mom and dad were supposed to watch our 8 week old while we take our boys swimming and my husband did a nightshift so he has to sleep during the day and they can't watch the baby at night. My kids will be devestatwd if we don't go. Is it ok to take the baby swimming with us? She doesn't have her shots yet. She is getting her shots on Thursday so I am hesitant. Someone please let me know if it will be ok??
