Urgent help needed!!!How can I increase milk supply

I seriously need help in increasing milk supply.

The thing is I have to use breast shield as my nipples are short and baby can't latch. I also pump.  My baby is 2 month old. For one day I couldn't pump neither could breastfeed and my milk supply dropped!!!😒😒😒😒😩😢😢 I am taking fenugreek tablet and mothers milk tea but nothing is working. I was getting 3/4oz previously but now it dropped to 1/2oz...😥😥😥

Please help me!! What can make me increase milk supply?????
