Old job related...should i complain?

I worked at a drop in daycare for 3 yrs. In that 3 yrs i went from aide to manager to director. Because of a promotional error on my half i got fired. Im the 1st this company has had to pay unemployment to so they are pretty upset with me. Fast forward 8 months...

My kids miss the place, they were there every day i worked from open to close sometimes 14 hour shifts. They got close to tons of kids. So me and SO decided to bring them there for 2 hours yesterday. My 7 month old baby has never been there. They still use the exact paperwork i made to make check ins and parents expectations very easy and with simple direction. I put on the paperwork that my 7 month old needs to eat her baby food within a half hour and bottle as needed. I also put that she does not like to be rocked just simply put in crib when she is tired. I also vocally told the girl bringing her back these things so she could relay the message. 2 hrs go by and we check them out. When the lady came up from the baby room i asked how my baby was. She said fussy and didnt want to sleep, but she got her to sleep about 20 min before we came. I apologized because i know how frustrating that can be. I then asked if she ate her food because it was a new kind and wanted to know how she did with it. She said she ate it all. I premix my formula because baby has acid reflux and asked her to get it out of the fridge because i assumed thats where it was since i wrote that as well-on the same line and when/what to feed her. When she went back to get it i noticed my dd was poopy and had a red butt. So when i went to count diapers to see if they changed her at all (policy is mandatory hourly and as needed otherwise) i saw the baby food in the bag not even touched. Neither was her baby snacks. BUT i sent her with 16 oz formula (she eats 4oz about every 2-3 hrs ish) she came back with only 4 left. So in less then 2 hours she was fed 3 bottles. I was pretty livid since she throws up from the reflux on just 4 oz which is why she eats a ton of food/snacks. SO asked about it and she said "yea the girl in the back is new and she didnt see your note about feeding her" so he asked why she would say she ate the whole thing when she obviously didnt know and asked to speak with the manager. She stated she is the manager and thats why she came to tell us it wasnt done. We were pretty pissed but didnt want to cause a scene. Would you complain? They are all new workers from when i was there but policies havent changed. Or would you just let it be?

***also i know the "new worker" should be givin a break, like i said i was in the manager position there for almost 3yrs. But with 3 workers on the floor with 15 kids on the floor not baby room (i saw the paper when my kids were being crossed off) (4 of which were in my group) and 1 worker in the back with only my baby (they stated this) why couldnt the manager go check to see how things were going? In all reality with the 2 workers on the floor without her they could have taken 10 more kids.
