How much is normal weight gain at 14 weeks pregnant?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and haven't gained any weight. I've stayed right at 137. Baby is measuring perfectly though and has a healthy and strong heartbeat. Just wondering what normal weight gain is by this point?

I never started gaining until 23-24 weeks so don't worry about it as long as everything is looking good and healthy💗💗

Everyone is different . I lost 14 lb in the first trimester, almost 17 weeks now and havnt gained a lb back .

It's normal, you'll start gaining this trimester sometime.

It just depends on the person and the baby. I lost 11 lbs in the beginning and didn't start gaining until the end if the second trimester.. And then I started gaining rapidly lol. I only have 10 more days left, but in just the last month I've gained 11 lbs. 36 lbs total.
