Do you sometimes act pro vaccine but..

Are actually anti. I know my sister in law does this. She talks all pro vaccines to others but to me she tells me she's totally anti vaccine and hopes that others will vaccinate and in her opinion risk there kids getting autism etc so hers can be kept safe without that risk. I think this is so beyond selfish and I just roll my eyes when she does this. She tells me she also talks pro vaccine so others don't bash her opinion that I understand more. Do people do this or is it just her?
