Need to decide D&C, pills or natural?

Just found out, what started out as spotting over the weekend is much more significant. We've lost our precious kumquat at 10 weeks. I cannot think straight. I need to decide what to do.  D&C, pills or natural?

I had my first MC and chose the D&C. I am so happy I did. Took 10 minutes once in the room. They gave me some good pain drugs through an IV and I was awake. I didn't feel a thing at all. Recovered for 30 mins, husband drove me home and I lightly bled for 4 days. I went hiking the next day and felt great. No cramps. It was over and done with fast, which is why I chose it.

I would not suggest waiting for it to naturally pass. Had a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks the baby stopped growing at six weeks. I chose against DNC because I was worried about scarring also I wanted to be in the privacy of my own home. So I chose the abortion pill. I took it around 6 PM and the heavy bleeding started around 9 PM it was on and off between heavy flow and light flow for about five days where you do have heavy clots  coming out but you really don't feel anything aside from the first day cramps. I took it on Monday the 12th today is Wednesday the 21st and I only have some dark brown spotting where I can wear pantiliners. I have a following appointment with my doctor next Monday two weeks after I took the pill to make sure everything has come out.

Natural was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life I have also had a d&c I wouldn't go natural again it sucks

I did the pills as it meant I could be at home with my husband and seemed less invasive than a D&C.

I had a D&C at 10 weeks and was very glad I did. The procedure was quick, I had no pain and only spotted for a few days afterwards. Goodluck

I'm so very sorry this happened 😞I just had a d&c last week. I was 10 weeks 5 days with a missed miscarriage. Just the 4 days to wait for the d&c were emotionally and physically painful enough. I developed a uterine infection after and was super sick for days. Even after that, I would still choose the d&c. My sister miscarried weeks early and took the pill. She said it was extremely pain and there was a lot of blood. So I passed on the pill. It's not an easy choice, but do what you feel is best.

I had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks took the pills for 5 days was in horrible labor pain for 2 of those days found out later I didn't pass just about anything and had to do d&c anyways I would do d&c First if I had to do it again pretty painless and back to normal fairly quickly and then you don't have the wait that was the worst part every day going to the bathroom with more and more blood being reminded of it all the time it was nice to be over

I had a missed miscarriage at almost 11 weeks, baby was 8 weeks 4 days, miscarried 10 weeks 5 days. I knew for two weeks that the baby died. It was a terrible wait, but I needed the time to adjust to having lost the baby before it came out. I would do it naturally again if I had to. I didn't want the d&c. I didn't want the pill. I just wanted my body to do its thing. I'm glad I did. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. I'm so sorry you have to go through this too. I got my period back 31 days later, and ovulated, so your body can get back to normal pretty quickly after a natural miscarriage.

I had it naturally, it was very painful. I am assuming it is pretty close to what regular labor feels like, but you are sad instead of excited for a baby. You may want to consider the D and C.

I did the pills due to Doctor not wanting to do a d and c plus it was going to be more painful with the pills I had pain medication . So I did that and it pass through I was devastated to loose my first pregnancy I got pregnant after two cycles and I am 23 weeks with my rainbow baby. God had a bigger plan then I did I was going to wait more but it was my surprise .
