Pets pee everywhere

I have three boys and a girl. They're all adult dogs now and they pee on everything. Absolutely everything. The girl dog is fixed but the boys are not. I don't know how to fix this issue!! They are scolded and they get potty breaks when they're inside the house but they still mark EVERYTHING. Every wall, every piece of furniture..
