AF didn't show

I was looking through my phone and realized that I haven't had a cycle for this month. I opened up Glow only to see that I am three days late. I dtd only once or twice this cycle and I have no symptoms of pregnancy or AF which is why I haven't tested yet. How long should wait to test if my last pregnancy didn't show a positive until I was six weeks?
