So, I am 20 years old and my SO is 21. I am currently 24(almost 25) weeks pregnant. When we announced to friends/family I was pregnant... Why do people just ask if we are giving the baby up for adoption? We were together for 2 years before we got pregnant, and we were trying to get pregnant. People assume that it was an accident. Well, it wasn't! Other rude people have just responded with "I thought you were on birth control" WELL CLEARLY NOT! That last question came from my aunt/god mother who has completely out of no where turned nasty or atleast now that I've finally noticed. Why can't people just be happy and say congratulations? If I was going to give the baby up for adoption they would find out eventually... And no... I'm not in birth control 😐
