never full/hunger pains

Has anyone woke up with like a hunger pit and if they don't eat they feel nauseous? It's been like this the last few days and according to the app I'm 6weeks and two days. I keep a bag of tortilla chips by my bed bc it seems to be the only thing that helps. But I would love suggestions. Or to even know I'm not alone!
