Help, I Can't Sleep!

I'm being induced Thursday and just simply can't sleep. I haven't gotten a good nights rest in about 2 weeks I'd say. I'm a FTM and nerves, excitement, anxiety is getting the best of me. Any suggestions for safe sleep remedies? I don't want to be exhausted going into labor.
