I have really bad insomnia and take medication for sleep, I have a high medication tolerance so it takes a lot to put my out to sleep at night, but since I found out yesterday I can't take any of my medicine for sleep, so I got about 3 hours of sleep, nothing but tossing and turning all night. Does anyone else have insomnia. And if so what does everyone take for it to sleep so it's safe to take while pregnant??? All answers greatly appreciated!
