I woke up and it was so sore and I just felt uncomfortable it hurts like at the top. No I didn't recently have sex and it just started to hurt randomly this morning yesterday it was fine. After I went pee I felt like I had the urge to go pee again but I can't and when I try to it hurts there's no blood at all what's so ever I just feel so uncomfortable at the top I can't even go back to sleep
