HELP! 28 weeks and Rh factor?!

I had a blood test at 28 weeks and my results were: 
Blood Group = B+ 
Antibodies = negative 
Does this mean I'm Rhesus Negative?

Actually, because you're B+ you are safe completely. Antibodies negative, means that you don't have any antibodies built up in your blood system that can harm your baby, as if can happen to blood type negative mommies. I'm unfortunately O- and my hubby is A+, so I needed to be checked twice up till now.
