My boyfriend and I been together 3 years going to 4 year soon. We were planning to have joint account to save money together. Is that to soon? Or wrong? Since we only boyfriend/girlfriend not married. I know all his email password and bank account. He knows mine. We use each other card when its needed make deposits. We literally act like husband and wife already.

Do what you are both comfortable with. I'm married and I trust my husband but we still have our own separate bank accounts and we also have one joint one for big expenses/bills.

My husband and I joined accounts when we were dating. We had been together for about 2.5-3 years and lived together and knew we would get married in the near future. Not saying you have to get married, but if you both know you're committed for life, go for it! It made our lives easier!
