Work Controversy
Last night I was talking to a friend who used to be a co-worker about some new employees who are really slacking. He knew who I was talking about although I wasn't going to disclose their names, and now I'm worried that he and his friends (who overheard) are going to say something to the new employees and I might suffer the consequences. I realize now that it's just not a good idea to share your opinions about other's work unless it's to them directly or your boss, but I can't take it back and don't know how to fix it? Looking for advice or some type of comforting...please help!
