3 months. 3 months of high protein, low carb and calorie counting got me here. 35 lbs down. I never realized how much I was harming my body before. This feels 100 times better than any slice of pizza or plate of french fries could ever taste. To have your husband wrap his arms around you and hold you closer than he's ever been able to before because your stomach isn't in the way. To wear all of the clothes that have been hanging in your closet for years, untouched. Being excited to get ready for a family get together and see all of your extended family instead of sitting in the bedroom crying with clothes everywhere because nothing looks good. But most of all to feel like your body is happy and nourished and thriving. To feel healthy and strong. I won't give up. I will keep going. I will reach my goals. I will succeed.
