Lost a LOT of bloody show. Like.. a LOT. I'm 38 1/2 weeks. Does this mean labor is close??

I lost my mucus plug on a Wednesday and had my son the following Monday . But for some people it's like hours later that labor starts

I think you need to call your doctor, if not available call the 24-hour nurse line and explain what happened, I would've been already in the ER, good luck !!
