what's happening to my face?

What's going on here? Recently I noticed that I get this every now and then. I don't know what's causing it though. They don't itch at all either. I also threw up this morning and got them right after.

Popped blood vessels. Me and my daughter both get them after violently throwing up. Nothing to worry about.

Ive never met anyone else that this happens to, but doctors say its normal.

Freaked my boyfriend out at first but now hes used to it. Lol

Broken capillaries. I've had them all over my chest since I became pregnant. Vitamin E cream seems to fade them a bit.

Had the same thing the other day from nose to hairline, broken blood vessels, it took mine several days to disappear

Looks like broken blood vessels. Probably from throwing up.

I get them also since I've gotten pregnant I think it has to do with our hormones changing.
