Foundation for oily skin

I have really reall oily skin in the T zone, a few dry patches and then my cheeks are just normal. I have tried multiple foundations (high end and drugstore) but none of them are any match for it. My forehead will be a slippery mess and the foundation is cakes and gross looking, and my nose, it's off completely. There's none left at all. I need a primer too (my forehead is a weird texture and I have to use it to smooth it out). I'm also super pale so I can't wear all brands. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.
