Annoying question

Anyone else hear the annoying question "are you sure its not twins in there? Maybe the missed the other one because you're big"

Everyone keeps asking this. I'm only 14 weeks and will be 15 tomorrow. I just admit my stomach is pretty big already. But they say that happens sometimes with your second. Plus I have lost ten pounds instead of gaining.
