Was wondering if anyone else suffers from getting strained calfs when stretching their legs at night, I swear it happens almost every night and its so painful, I also have restless leg syndrom so not moving and stretching them at night isnt an option. Now my right calf is so bad that I can barely walk on it. I never had this problem before I was pregnant and now at 29 + 5 I dont know how to deal with it. Any other mommas have this problem?
