So I've heard a lot of bad things about disposable pads and how they contain chemicals and are not good for you and I decided that I want to use reusable menstrual clothe pads which are way healthier and so much more eco-friendly and I've been wondering if they're good and if I can use one for a whole day without changing it and if it leaks and just general thoughts on them. Also which brand is good ?
