7+1 and spotting

I am 7+1 today, we saw baby today during an abdominal ultrasound, I just went to the bathroom and had a small amount of blood when I wiped.. Bright red. There doesn't seem to be anything else there. No cramping. I don't know what to do? I feel so devastated right now.
