Hi! Im so confused. I take minastrin and on it specifically says to chew the pill. I always try to remember but i just forgot to and swallowed it. I have asked doctors this before and i always get conflicting answers. No matter if you chew it or not it gets broken up in your stomach right? Its the first week of my new pack. Does anyone know? I just am worried because i have been on other brands and they never say chew it.
