Hi y'all. Does anyone have a tight belly especially at the top? My belly becomes like a rock for a bit and then it's goes back to normal. I'm worried that I'm in contraction and not knowing about it.

My belly has times where it's rock hard and it lasts for 30+ minutes it's crazy!
