Must have new baby items?

I'm trying to put together a list of just the absolutely necessary. Any tips?

Diapers, wipes, blankets, burp cloths, towel/wash cloth, baby bath, bottles (if not nursing), formula (if not nursing), crib, mattress, crib sheets, pacifier (if using), bibs, some form of high chair, bouncer (or other seat to put baby), clothing, a few toys/books

A car seat is best bought brand new or second hand bought or given by someone you know because you never know if the car seat has been an a accident

Breast pads, lanolin, a person chosen for burger run for your other half when you're in labour, your favourite chocolate bar for after you've delivered. A snugglebundl was my life saver. Millions of muslins.
