Best advice? ? Anyone?

What is someone's best advice for my nursery I don't have a extra bedroom my apt is 2 bd and my 3 and 5 yr old girls share one then my bd and I are in the other what should I do for now as far as setting up baby bed and decorate a little with baby equipment and clothes I am not sure they'll be room in my girls room because they have single twin beds and a dresser plus toys already. And the only thing I can think is decorate the living room to the best of my ability or my room but I want to make it as comfortable and nice looking for my first son as possible I feel bad I don't have room but I know ill be able to get a bigger place later. Any advice ladies? ?
