I was just curious how many oz you are getting in one sit down session of 20-30 minutes? Sometimes I get 3oz sometimes 4, 5, and a little more than 5 oz. But never enough ahead to be able to start freezing it. 😩 And if you have any tips on how to help with the sore sensitive nipples. 😞
