Lost my pregnancy notes UK please comment
I have lost my pregnancy notes and can't find them anywhere. I know they have some things saved on the computer like from the hospital but I'm 33 weeks and since having my midwife appointments at the doctors she just writes in my notes so all that is gone. Does anyone know if this will cause any problems going forward?
