So, Im 36weeks and I got my first pelvic exam today. The doctor shoved (yes, shoved) 2lubed fingers in my Yoni up to the knuckles (like she's tryna fist me) and says, "oh, she's right there! I can feel her head. I'd say your about 1cm dialated". It was super unpleasant. Afterwards I get dressed and felt gushing, so when I go to whip, I see blood. I haven't bleed this whole pregnancy until she did the exam. Is the pelvic exam necessary? Did any other mommas bleed after having one?
