rash? what to use?

Hi mommies! Baby has had a rash on her inner arm for a while now. We've tried Aquaphor, hydrocortisone 1%, also a combination of both and it doesn't seem to be working. It doesn't appear to be itchy or bothersome to her. Any suggestions on what to use?

Get it checked by her doctor in case it is eczema,  but if it isn't then just leaving it uncovered and dry for a while rather than putting lots of creams that stop air getting to it may help it heal. Skin doesn't cope well with being continually moist or without air and babies often get redness and rashes in skin folds because they never dry out properly and get air.

That looks a bit like eczema. Have it properly diagnosed by a doctor though as if it is its best to start treating it ASAP.
