'Pad rash'

It happens to me every time I wear one. It happened when I was younger, but then I got pregnant (didn't have periods obv) and right after got an IUD which stopped them completely. I just had my iud remover back in April (with not getting a cycle until May).   I have tried every brand on the planet and no change. Even tampons do this. My daughter is this way when she gets diaper rash, too. I've been wanting to get cloth pads or cups, but in my area they aren't very common. And ordering is something I've just never gotten around too. 

Just curious if I'm the only person this happens to, and if not what y'all use/ do to help it!
