Ladies help 5 days so period

5 days to my period. I usually have tonnes of creamy cm leading up to my period but I'm totally dry today literally nothing at all. It's that dry it's uncomfortable and a touch swollen. What can cause this? I haven't used anything gets different in my bathe ect ...
