Which temp do i use?
I had a BAD bout with insomnia last night, and didn't fall asleep until close to 4am. My alarm to take my temp went off at 7. I woke up took it, but then went back to sleep until closer to 10. My temps were two VERY different readings. Do I keep the one that was at my normal time, but with little sleep, or the one that I was more rested for?
