Period smell? TMI

So my period isn't due until the 1st, and yet I just went pee and it smells like period blood. You know that smell you sniff when ever you have your period, the coppery smell. I'm confused, because Ive never had this smell while not on my period. I'm not bleeding at all. No sign of blood any way. What could this be?
