HELP!! Bestie addicted to smelling moth balls/toilet bowl agent

Ladies my best friend is addicted to smelling moth balls! Everytime she goes to the bathroom she has to take a smell at the toilet bowl deodorizer (moth ball). She has been doing this for maybe a year or so..also she's trying to conceive. Is this affecting her chances of conceiving and is it harmful to her body? I want to help her so much but I don't want to come off as bitchy!! Plz help!!!!
