Nasty neighbors😠

Okay I have a situation with neighbor,the other day she put her nasty garbage bags outside and lefted it there... about two days later I woke up to my kitchen and living room covered in maggots!They crawled under my door from her garbage.Took me two days to clean it all up.so yesterday I noticed she has more garbage outside her door again,now I haven't approached her about it because I know it won't be approached very nicely at this point.Im due any day now and cleaning up maggots daily just isn't part of my nesting plans.. my question to you how would you solve this issue?
