Pregnant?

I took out my Nexplanon implant back in February, every month since then I got my cycle 19-20days from the last. This month I got it on day 23 but it is super light. I've been dizzy and nauseous but I have taken 2 pregnant test and I got a negative. I have had a few people tell me I'm acting like I'm pregnant due to lack of sleep and new found craving for chocolate. Can I have my cycle and still be pregnant? Advice please need to know if I should test again soon?
