husbands and chores

So I need some advice. My husband works full time, I work part time. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and we have an almost 5 year old son. Let me start off by saying I do 95% of the chores. Every once in a while he'll fold the laundry for me, put the dishes away, etc. I understand that I hold the majority of the chores. But here's what drives me CRAZY. My wedding dress has been hanging on the closet door in the living room for weeks. I asked him multiple times if he could bring it down to the storage unit so it's out of the way, and I'm pregnant and the dress is huge! He told me he would as soon as we bought a padlock so no one would steal it. So I did. Two weeks go by with him telling me he'd do it "tomorrow" or "later on". Today, before I go to work, he told me it will be done when I get home. I get home and it's STILL THERE! So I do it myself! I don't want to get mad at him but it makes me feel like he just doesn't care about helping me out. It drives me crazy! What should I do?
