Overweight?

Am I over weight? I'm 5 foot 9 and 150 pounds. I don't feel like it but today I'm really starting to wonder. I just feel gross.

Nope, you're fine. I'm 5' 6" and usually hover around 130. With the extra few inches you have on me, you sound perfect. I've had my "gross" days too, but as long as you keep active, you'll feel better about yourself.

The number on the scale, no you're not outside of a healthy weight range. If you don't like something about your body just go hit the gym. Just do it for yourself!

No, as far as BMI is concerned you're well within the normal range. As long as you have a relatively healthy diet and get at least 30 min of activity a day then you're fine. If you're seriously worried about weight management or having issues with your weight then you should talk to your doctor about it.
