I have had my paraguard for 2 months, had 2 periods, after 2nd baby, first time with an iud. I like the no hormones. Here is my delema: every time i check for my string (weekly), have sex, or even just randomly, i spot. I am super duper paranoid and terrified of getting pregnant again for many reasons but didn't get fixed cause statistically the iud is just as good without surgery. Is this normal? TMI: my husband and i tried doggy for the first time since having our second baby, with the iud just a few days ago and it made me spot much more than normal. Not totally alarming but too much to have sex again for days til it lightened up. Like i said, I'm paranoid. I finally got condoms for my fertile times but when we did it doggy i was fertile and he forgot to pull out so I'm trying desperately to not think about it cause my period isn't for 2 more weeks. Anyways, is all this spotting normal? I'm not in any pain but it's annoying and I'm not used to it. Need some input. Thanks.
