Sex is painful - 26 weeks pregnant

Every time my hubby and I have sex, my vagina swells and I have severe pain when urinating. I've been meticulous about self-care since I did have a UTI a few weeks ago.

Everything is fine during the act, but afterward I'm in pain for days. I even feel a weird pelvic pressure today. The baby is fine, kicking away all day long.

I just don't know what to make of the swelling and pain. Any suggestions?
