Rib pain?

Has anyone else had extreme rib pain? I Cant breathe without it hurting. Every movement hurts. Cant lay on my side. Thought it was a pulled muscle but it's getting worse not better and is now starting on my other side. I have inflammation and fluid around my pubic bone and that hurts worse than when I broke it my last pregnancy. This hurts worse than both!!! Idk what to do cuz my doc just said it was probably a pulled muscle but I know now it's more than that.
