Are you getting the NT scan done at 11weeks? Can you explain why or why not?

I did it for the extra ultrasound 🙃 I told the doctor I didn't care what the results were and that I would only do that. No other testing.

Although regardless of what the results of the test are, I wouldn't change anything. However I'm getting to test done so that my husband and I would be best prepared in the event we were having a child with DS.

I had it because my fiancé is disabled and we knew that caring for a special needs child would be extra difficult given his limitations.

Actually it's fairly accurate. The blood test for Downs is not but the NT is. But it's one more thing I can do to get a full health profile on my baby so yes, I had it done.

Nope because to me it's pointless.  they are notorious for false positives. I have plenty of other things to stress myself out about, why add more, it wouldn't change my feelings of the baby either way. I don't even find out the gender of the baby until it's birthday. I don't want any preconceived ideas of what my baby is going to be like. I want to meet them on their birthday.

Thanks you all I'm still undecided I think the only reason I want it is to learn the sex but then again I don't wanna learn too early lol the anticipation will kill me 😩😩😩
