Cramping?

What is cramping from around 21 weeks?
Is it uterus or braxton hicks?
Not to the point where I am in pain just can tell they are there.

Yes I completely understand I was confused with my first but now I know for sure. Braxton hicks kind of makes me think about if a pressure cuff was around my stomach and it gets tighter not painful but just uncomfortable. When the real contractions come u will definitely know.

It's Braxton hicks... I get them at least twice a day and I'm only 22 weeks and 3 days.
