pure exhaustion

I am 10.3 weeks. I am completely exhausted. Nausea is a tad better but feel so tired. I feel so bad haven't lifted much of a finger around the house in a month. Thank God my husband and older children are understanding. I'm not working. I'm literally so tired and I feel more tired this week. Anyone else? Btw not anemic no thyroid issues
