My baby is sick. Vicks humidifier? he's 8 weeks

If he's allowed how is it done I have a humidifier. Do I buy the tablets?

I've used it a few times but I used the pad things. Not sure if you're supposed to use those with a newborn though so you can just turn the humidifier on and that should help some by itself too. Also I think you can try saline mist

You cannot use Vicks for children under two unless it is the baby's Vicks
