Anyone else get bruising like this?

So, I woke up this morning and noticed some bruising on my leg that isn't from injury or anything else. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Is it blood clots or just random bruising? I've never had this happen before during pregnancy.

If you went to bed and they weren't there I would get checked. I would also get checked if you're currently pregnant. If it's not blood clots you very well may be anemic. I was severely anemic and was prescribed iron pills. I took them, but was still severely anemic when I delivered my son.

I get them because I'm anemic. You probably need iron.

I get them all the time. Apparently you should only worry if they don't hurt when you press on them.

You're probably anemic I was before I got pregnant and it's worse now I have to take iron 3 times a day

I am but I am on lovenox injections and aspirin so totally normal right now for me

I literally just read an article about women waking up with mystery bruises and the general idea of the article is that these mystery bruises are actually from bumps or bangs that could have happened up to a week before the bruise shows up. Also our skin is thinner and blood vessels are closer to the surface of the skin so it doesn't take much to make an ugly bruise. Signs of a blood clot in your leg would be swelling in the leg with pain and tenderness like a Charley horse.

Anyone else get bruising like this?
