Braxton Hicks?
I went to the hospital yesterday because I was cramping really bad. But there was no blood. Anywho, it was hurting me to pee too.
The doctors scheduled me 3 ultrasounds. One for the growth of the baby, one for my bladder and ovaries, and another to see if the placenta was still attached to my uterus. They also did 2 Pap smear things (idk the technical term). The ultrasounds were uncomfortable. I wasn't allowed to pee until they had everything they needed. They ultrasounds sounds took about 20 min each. They told me I was having Braxton Hicks. Is it too early for that? 18 weeks? I'm sore from all the pressure. When they did the Vaginal exam, I was so uncomfortable. The doctor couldn't find my cervics and he was really hurting me. He kept pushing and shoving his hand in farther. They told my husband to leave the room btw. After all the tests, I was in tears. They ended up keeping me overnight and doing a blood, and urine tests. It was an awful experience but the baby, which we found out the gender, is healthy and fine.
